Rick Gonzalez
President – Chief Executive Officer
Rick is one of the co-founder of 3Chem and has over 15 years of experience in the aerospace field. Working for other well established industry companies such as Aviall and Aeropia (now part of Hass TCM); he has spent his career dealing specifically with aircraft coatings, de-paint materials, chemicals and other consumable products. He has helped numerous end-users including OEMs, airlines, and MRO facilities streamline their paint operation by providing value added products and services. His extensive experience in aerospace coatings application and overall industry knowledge has been instrumental in the continuing success of 3Chem.
Andres Guariguata
Director
Andres' entrepreneurial background served a huge role as co-founder of 3Chem. His aviation experience started almost 20 years ago when he founded Aeromasters Inc., an aircraft parts brokering and overhaul logistic company. Andres has also been involved in developing other companies in the consumer, services, and information technology industries. His dedication to business and product development has proven to be a great asset for 3Chem.
Tania Gonzalez
Chief Operating Officer
Tania joined the 3Chem team in January 2008. She has spent most of her career working for The Related Group (out of Miami, FL). Coming from a background in property management she brought with her excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Over the past three years she has help restructure the complete operation here at 3Chem instilling a” customer first” mindset.
Alfredo Duque
Sales Director – Latin America and the Caribbean
Alfredo has been involved in the aerospace coatings industry since 1998 when he opened a paint contracting company focusing on work with the Colombia Air Force. He joined 3Chem in 2006 and led our technical application team in supporting the full strip and paint of the Colombian Air force’s signature aircraft “The Zeus” a KC135. Since then, he has gone on to support 3Chem customer all throughout Central and South America. He has extensive knowledge in military, commercial, and corporate aircraft coatings application and has an exceptional understanding of paint operations in general.
Marco Santos
Director – Business Development Brazil
Marcos earned his degree in engineering from the University of Unisinos in Brazil and has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace field. As the business development manager for Aeropia (now part of Hass TCM), he helped numerous airlines and MRO’s lower overall cost while boosting production. More recently; Marcos co-founded First Wave Aviation in Brazil and served as Vice President. In addition to running the composite manufacturing facility; he also organized and managed several chemical management programs for airlines, MROs, and OEMs. His esteemed reputation in the Brazilian Aerospace Market and extensive product knowledge make him a key element in the success of 3Chem.
Christian Solano
Business Development – Peru
With a degree in business administration from the University Ricardo Palma in Lima Peru, Christian brings with him over 11 years of experience in the aerospace industry. As general manager of Hugo Solano Distributors (a Peruvian company dedicated to the sale of aerospace coatings, consumables, and maintenance support); Christian has serviced the Peruvian Army, Navy, and National Police for many years. In addition, he has also done work with various US contracting companies such as CCE, Inc. His extensive aerospace background and knowledge of the Peruvian market is essential to the success of 3Chem in South America.
Juan Pardo
Business Development - Argentina
Juan Pablo has over 10 years of experience working with both civilian and military aviation markets worldwide. He specializes in research and risk assessment, including political, economic and social analysis. In addition, he works hand in hand with the Argentina Department of Defense by offering product training and support on various product lines. His keen knowledge of both the aerospace market and governmental procedures make him a truly valuable asset for 3Chem.
Marco Paez
Director – Logistics and Quality Assurance
Marco is one of the longest tenured team members at 3Chem. Coming from an engineering and chemical background he has focused all his efforts on improving overall lab and tinting facility processes. In addition, Marco is an expert colorist with over 20 years’ experience in formulating color systems for textile, industrial, and aerospace industries.
